CitaDraws started when our artist, Robert (Cita), started drawing digitally back in 2012 and wanted to make a living doing art, but didn't know where to start. Fast forward 10 years and thousands of hours improving his art, and failing at the business stuff. He needed to find someone that could help him. Enter Rose, one of his best friends and "liker of the maths". Together they established the CitaDraws brand.

Image Copyright:-The artist retains the copyright of the artwork commissioned, and may post both the finished work and processes online or in portfolios, including reference images.
-You may not resell the commissioned artwork, use it commercially, or for promotion of a commercial project, unless we have discussed and agreed on this usage.
-If commercial use has been agreed upon, the rights to use the design commercially will transfer to the client upon receipt of the full payment for both the work and the commercial rights.
-You may not remove the artist’s signature from the commissioned work.
-You may repost the commissioned artwork, so long as the artist’s signature remains visible and proper credit is given.
-You may not trace, change, recolor, alter, sell or resell prints or reproductions of the piece in any way.
-You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics, so long as the artist's signature remains visible or proper credit is given.
-No work made by the artist may be used in any blockchain-related technology. This includes NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in this space.Payment:-Payments will be accepted in USD only, and only through Paypal.
-Base prices are an estimate. Upon a full description of what you want, the artist will get back to you with a quote for the commissioned work. Taxes will apply.
-Extra may be charged for any changes to the concept agreed on after the artist has received half payment or full payment.
-If you decide to cancel a commission, any funds already transferred are forfeit. Upon request, you can receive any work already done. This work is still subject to copyright.
-The artist reserves the right to stop work on a commission, or cancel a commission request due to: poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate in the English language, or a breach of these Terms of Service.
-If the artist for any reason cannot finish a piece, You will be offered the work that has been done for the price it would amount to with a refund for the remainder of the cost of work not completed.
-A refund will only apply if the artist cannot finish your work. If you are unsatisfied with your finished commission, a refund will not be given.Contact / Communication:-Communication with the artist will happen over email. Any other form of communication will not be considered part of the commission request or process.
-Unless agreed otherwise, the finished artwork will be delivered to you as a .PNG file. No layered files or .PSD files will be given.
-A commission will not be started until all required items are received from you:
--For orders less than $50, full payment will be required up front. For orders more than $50, half payment is required to start work, and full payment is required before the finished commission will be given.
--Photo references and physical descriptions. Photo references are preferred, but detailed physical descriptions may be taken in their absence. Any additional references may be requested from you during the commission process.
--If character knowledge is requested, a short, one to three sentence description will be accepted.
--Required file size and image dimensions.Workflow:-The amount of time it will take to do the work varies based on several factors. Upon request, an estimate may be given with a quote.
-At several points during the commission process, the artist will send watermarked files to you for approval or revision. Revisions requested outside of this time frame will be subject to extra charges.
-You are allowed 1 revision request appropriate for the approval phase before extra charges apply.
-If you have a deadline for the artwork, it must be stated early in the commission request process, and extra charges may apply for tight deadlines.
-An unwatermarked, full resolution file will only be given upon full completion of the work and full receipt of payment. All files slated for approval will be watermarked screencaps.
